April – October
- Classic Retreat Option: Werth Hall, Lodge, or Cabins for sleeping including access to Lodge, Werth Hall upper room, main kitchen & dining hall – $29 per person per night with a two-night minimum stay and 20-person minimum
- Group Campout Option: Tents for everyone with access to bathrooms, buildings, and main kitchen – $20 per person per night with a two-night minimum stay and 20-person minimum
- Group Basecamp Option: Tents and bathroom access only – $10 per person per night with a two-night minimum stay and 20-person minimum
November – March *
- Winter Retreat Option: Werth Hall and Lodge heated, Werth Hall kitchen usage – $29 per person per night and 20-person minimum
- Winter Fireside Option: Werth Hall heated, Werth Hall kitchen usage, Lodge without heat except for fireplace – $25 per person per night and 20-person minimum
- Winter Blast Option: Werth Hall, cabins, or Lodge. No heat turned on in any buildings and no space heaters. Lodge fireplace available – $10 per person per night
*Note: During Winter Camping months, water is turned off to all camp buildings except Curran Cottage
Additional Options
Marksman Activities – no more than two activities at a time can be staffed by Hemlock personnel. Each activity is suitable for 8-15 people per hour.
- Archery – $50 per hour (average price per person $3-6), equipment provided
- Riflery Range- $50 per hour, must provide own guns, ammunition, targets, etc. (average price per person $3-6)
- Slingshots – $50 per hour (average price per person $3-6), equipment provided
- Ax Throwing – $50 per hour (average price per person $3-6), equipment provided
Paintball – $50 per person for 3 hours, minimum of 20 people
Pool – $200 per day if you bring your own lifeguard, $400 per day for a camp-provided lifeguard
Canoe and trailer rental – $35 per person for a weekend, you provide towing vehicle
Day Rate – $10 per person for someone who is joining an existing weekend rental group for the day
Church Picnic – $350 for use of grounds and facilities for one day with no overnight guests
Meal Information
We do not have a cook on site for retreats. Groups provide their own food and kitchen staff. Our kitchen is available to guests. Groups are responsible for meal prep and cleanup, including dishes and trash.
