Summer Camp Refund Policy
Camp Hemlock maintains a refund policy because we need to know who will be participating in activities and what supplies need to be purchased. Many sessions fill up and families that do not secure a spot make other plans for the summer. Please call (304) 874-3586 or email camp if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will try to reschedule you into another session that summer. All refund requests must be in writing.
- January 1 through May 24: full refund minus the $50 registration deposit fee.
- May 24 through 14 days prior to session start date: full refund minus $85 registration deposit and late charge.
- Within 14 days of session start date: 50% refund with written verification from a physician of inability to attend due to illness or injury.
Retreat Group Refund Policy
- Up to 30 days prior to event start date: full refund minus a 10% reservation deposit.
- Within 30 days of event start date: full refund minus a 20% reservation deposit.
