Refund Policy

Camp Hemlock maintains a refund policy because we need to know who will be participating in activities and what supplies need to be purchased. Many sessions fill up and families that do not secure a spot make other plans for the summer.

• January 1 until seven days prior to camp session: Camp Hemlock will provide a full refund minus the $50 registration deposit fee.

• Within seven days of camp session start date:  Please call or email camp if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will try to reschedule you into another session that summer. If a cancellation is required (other than for illness) no refunds will be granted.
