Who We Are Camp Hemlock is a Christian Service Brigade camp for boys and girls ages 6 to 18 (1st through 12th grade). Most of our campers come from Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, although we have had campers from all over the world attend. All activities are geared for specific audiences. The basic purpose of the camp is to introduce individuals to Jesus Christ and to help them become mature Christians. A Bible-centered emphasis is maintained without promoting a particular church or denomination. Bible teaching and Bible-related talks are part of every camp. Everyone attending camp will have a good experience regardless of religious background. The rules for acceptance and participation in the programs of Camp Hemlock are the same for everyone without regard to race, color, national origin or religious beliefs. Campers do not have to be members of Christian Service Brigade to attend.
