S.A.L.T.
SALT (Servant And Leadership Training) is a program that is offered at Camp Hemlock to prepare a young man to serve on staff. It is three weeks that will challenge a boy physically, mentally and spiritually. He will learn about Camp Hemlock and the ministry we run as well as help him grow stronger in his relationship with Jesus Christ.
Minimum Requirements:
-Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and be seeking to daily walk by HIS Word.
-Minimum age: graduating 8th grade prior to coming to camp
-Have reached the rank of “Explorer” in the Adventure Trails book. (Order yours today: CSB Ministries: 1-800-815-5573)
-Referred by your Battalion Captain, and one other Leader in your Battalion. (If you are not a member of a Battalion but have been attending Camp and are interested in going to SALT then one of your recommendations must come from your pastor)
-Successful completion of application process and a favorable interview outcome.
SALT Application deadline is April 1st. Number of participants is limited. So apply early!
