Observer Camps
This program is for boys entering 7th or 8th grade in the fall who are new to battalion or who want to learn basic wilderness skills so they can be independent campers. Activities will include an overnight backpacking trip, canoe trip, rock climbing, marksmanship, swimming and lots more. Participants should have a bonafide backpack, hiking boots and basic camping equipment. Participants will also earn their Observer patch, the first rank in the Battalion achievement program.
